Barkha Dutt and her Gulab Gang of NDTV (women paparazzi journalist) spying on Private Life of Rahul Gandhi and activities of Youth Congress with hidden and spy cameras which led to Dec 16, 2012. This RAPE was a message to the paparazzi women journalist of NDTV to keep away from their adventurous spy activities. These women were in line of target whose life was in threat and unsafe. These women instantly converted this issue into a mass women movement calling for women safety. This gang of paparazzi journalist managed to shift focus from the real contentious issue of spy journalism to women safety. They managed to mislead all the women organisation, college students and women at work place stating of RAPE ON THE STREET UNSAFE FOR WOMEN. They presented it in a manner as if Rape is happening in every street corner in the length and breadth of the country. Women believed and lent support to them.

All women and girls got carried away with this slogan and ganged up to became a mass movement. They touched upon only one word RAPE which was used as a weapon against men and threaten the whole nation.Rape creates a fear psychosis among women which led to all women ganging up for a common cause and more rape was cleverly used to split and divide gender in families and work place to garner women support. They were successful in creating a mental block with father daughter rape stories which aroused a huge sympathy factor among the women and sexual harassment at work place but failed to garner women support on marital rape where women largely disagreed.

In quest to cover up their misdeed and their larger adventure they have virtually divided every family on Indian soil with father daughter rape stories. The love and affection with which every father rears his daughter to be a smart woman no longer exists today. There is a sharp divide among gender within every family, work place, schools and colleges, etc. Baap be nahin, bhai be nahin aur pati bhi nahin slogan by women organisation created a sharp divide among gender. Politically this has leveraged the women movement as men were psychologically demoralised and did not revolt or gang up for their cause but confined themselves within the threshold.

These women managed to keep this issue alive for months for they had all they needed to keep it alive among the masses.

They paralysed the parliament and got them to agree to create a new RAPE LAW article 376E. Got Justice Verma appointed to head a panel to draft the NEW RAPE LAW 376E. Drafting of law aided by a handful of young women activist and presented by Justice Verma in record 29 days without any scrutiny, debate, Views and endorsement by a panel of experts consisting of legal, social and government bodies on implication and lateral effect. Short term and Long term consequences of the law, etc.

Justice Verma for 29 days was confined within his house and office did not venture out nor allowed nor was any external source allowed to follow the commission’s progress and activities. Law was drafted based on all the documents provided by these women activities. Source of documents or faked concocted documents is a big question. Similar to documents provided to Justice Hegde by his assistant in Yeddyurappa case.

When Justice Verma was to come out in open to disclose the compelled manner in which he had to draft and present the law at an NDTV award function, Barkha Dutt sprung a sudden surprise by seating herself next to justice Verma among the invitees and escorted him to the dais with mike in hand. After answering two questions put by her and one by Sonia Verma on women safety, he was immediately whisked and shown the way out of the dais before any question on manner of drafting could be put up. Pranoy Roy and Sonia Verma on the dais remained dump founded and speechless.

Justice Verma died mysteriously in hospital the very next day. Except for one liner on his death for 5-10 seconds there was no news debate or update, documentary of his past, family, coverage on cause of death, final rites were in mute silence. There appeared a blanket ban on all television channels not to cover it. Women groups among all channels ensured it.

LAW 376E:

According to this new law, ANY SEX WITHOUT CONSENT IS CONSTITUTED AS RAPE i.e. half to One hour of forcible sex for pleasure by man on women by influence of liquor or weakness or passion for sex would land him in jail for his entire living life or death. Rape to revenge and gang rape are preconceived action are also inclusive.

Here in article 376E these politically sensitive paparazzi journalist with help from women activist have got law drafted in their favour to permanently eliminate political opponents in their life by death sentence or keep away the political opponent in their life by long term confinement till death.

Understanding RAPE in older times pre 1970’s in the event of rape the victim may conceive have unwanted pregnancy and lack of medical facilities during those days was a problem. Secondly rape in villages and town with known faces around is considered a social stigma where the women chastity is questioned and marriage gets obstructed hence the trauma of not getting married or accepted in the society. In cities people come from all walks of life across the country were unmindful of the neighbours hence ignorance. Rape was considered a crime and law interpreted accordingly. Rape by any other means other than human organ is considered heinous crime.

Today’s world women have changed after 3 generations women no longer fear having sex and are inclined. No fears of unwanted pregnancy as there are ample medical facilities available to prevent occurrence of pregnancy by pills, contraceptives and abortions. Trend has changed with school and college going students openly discussing and indulging with no fear or care of public, or near n dear ones. Marriages are happening without any questioning of the women’s past. Dating and boyfriend culture is knowingly ignored and not questioned.

In event of rape, soon after medical attention the girl knows to lead a normal life by adopting few changes in routine life and taking precautions. Very few cases are reported as no time and money to follow up cases and also exposing to repeat offence. Seldom have few held the stigma due to their orthodox cultural values. People have become unmindful of rape unless reported. More over with modern trend and life style, sex talk from school, college and workplace is not questioned and is conveniently ignored except for maintaining discipline within bounds. Everybody has become busy in life to keep tab on every individual’s private life. Working parents and housewives are either ignorant or have no time or means to follow their children’s activities away from home. Films and televisions programmes have largely influenced the masses. Internet has also influenced. Married and working women are not of the past. They have also changed in attitude and have liberal mindset. All are in whisper. Today subject on sex and precautions are thought in schools in their curriculum. Rape was not a serious subject prior to DEC 16, 2012 unless noticed in media.

After Dec 16, 2012 the law of rape has instilled fear in the minds of everyone on the street, home and work place. Sex has become a taboo not knowing when women will cry rape.  Men will not know after long association and relationship when women may cry rape on a bad day or deal. Or over a dispute or quarrel women may cry rape file a false case. Students may ruin their career if the girl cries rape. Children who did not know of rape became sensitive to rape. Men n boys never viewed women or girls on rape got sensitive to rape. On earlier occasion it used to be love cases now every action is viewed as rape. Love sensibilities are vanishing.

 Instability caused by these revengeful power seeking women paparazzi journalists, for their freedom and narrow goals by separating women from men for their women movement, targeting youth congress men who follow them and known to attack them.

This article 376E cannot be applied in normal life as it takes away the living life of a man or condemns him for life for one offence which does not have any impact on current women who next day forgives or forgets and moves on leading normal life.  Few cases come to light when women make it an issue. Punishment if any should be proportionate to the effect on the life of the women. If she is normal and no issue then should be settled amicably by fine or consent. If otherwise, law may interpret accordingly. Punishment if any should be balanced with life of the girl. On the other hand if the girl or women commits rape or files a false case then she should be charged and punished according to what punishment the man could get if true.

To Barkha’s luck when the women movement lacked lustre and movement receding, No support from government or public etc Arvind Kejriwal AAP party happened. AAP was the gift in the lap. AAP had every ingredient for a political party and movement. Stolen popular Gandhi topi and aam aadmi slogan from congress, Kejriwal voice of common man. AAP had mass educated and middle class masses following it. Barkha known to make best use of every opportunity hung on to this band wagon and lent immediate media support, funds for AAP Party.  Both with their independent agenda Arvind for Lokpal Bill and Barkha for strong implementation of Rape Law arrived at a compromised formula to support each other for their individual goal.  Barkha gang remained in mask and masterminded the functioning of AAP PARTY. Lessons on secrets of winning election under congress were grasped by Barkha, which she applied in Delhi Assembly election. AAP romped to victory and attained the office of Chief Minister of Delhi.  She became the king maker.

But Kejriwal’s inexperience and Barkha’s mad rush for power and action directed somnath bharathi midnight rage and hooligan act of conducting raid in anarchist fashion which landed the party doing numerous faults also discrediting its movement. Somnath Bharathi back ground check came to light. His past got exposed having many pornographic web portals and many illegal activities of wine, women and sex.  His server probably had all the spy and hidden camera videos of Rahul Gandhi, probably why somnath was recommended to power and office as Law Minister by none other than Barkha Dutt with pre conceived motto. Somnath had no footage in AAP suddenly sprung in Delhi election and surfaced as Law Minister promoted by Barkha Dutt. Nexus between Barkha and Somnath is now a matter of Debate. Pitiable situation is of Arvind Kejriwal who has to toe the line of Barkha no security (if Arvind takes govt security Barkha will get exposed also cannot have frequent access to Arvind due to security protocol, hence private security provided by Barkha), wagon R, four room flat (apart from arvind’s residence office other flats in the block were occupied by her follow-up team members, her private security members provided to Arvind, arvind’s close help aides and guest houses), dharna, follow pre scheduled programs, no case on Sheila dixit. (Sheila dixit is known to have helped Barkha during the Nirbhaya movement hence in return Barkha ensured no enquiry on Sheila dix49 days in office earned him a title AK49. Arvind Kejriwal ended up being a loud speaker and a street performer with no political wisdom.

Barkha’s past has hollow stories of 2002 and many others.  Recalling 2002 Barkha was at godhra to provide live report on procession by BJP carrying the dead train burnt victims to the Samadhi for final rites. Midway riot broke out, triggered by congress goons. LIVE TELECAST OF GODHRA RIOTS BY BARKHA AND RAJDEEP IN NDTV led the RIOTS TO SPREAD THE ENTIRE STATE.  Thousands of Muslims died.

Barkha was quick to cover up by enlisting support from congress and shifting the entire blame on NARENDRA MODI and internally on Rajdeep who fell victim to internal squabbles and had to resign from NDTV but clever and cunning Barkha remained in NDTV. Congress give and take support relation with NDTV is an open secret. Till date no FIR or cases is registered against both Barkha and Rajdeep but numerous cases were filed against Narendra Modi. Numerous paid debate and news were norm of the day.  The subject and conclusion of all debate and news were always anti BJP and anti MODI.

Barkha knew the fact that any news telecast on their channel is immediately picked up by other channels and relayed. She hence played the master of TV news broadcasting. She also created conditions for NBA (National Broadcasting Association) to be formed to control other news channels and became an advisory member. She also became a member of NAC (National Advisory Council) a premier institution which advises the government on impact and correction of any new legislation. She influenced government decisions in favour of congress and private bodies. Also kept an eye on, any legislative matter coming up at NAC, on control of media by government. She had the virtual control of the Media.

Barkha provided Media Cover up for congress in Bofor’s , Agusta Westland scam and many other scams, various back channel operations by media spying BJP passing information to congress, destabilising BJP, etc. Other channels followed. The honeymoon between congress and media turned sour after the media turned anti Rahul Gandhi. This is where lots of anti congress scams and articles appeared. 2G scam came to light because of rift between DMK and CONGRESS. CWG and ADARSH scam came to light due to infighting within the congress exposing them. Tehelka, caravan and cobrpost are the arm of the congress.

Congress dual role in engineering babri masjid demolition and godhra carnage is getting exposed. Where advani’s rath yatra passing via babri masjid congress workers dressed as kar sevak shouted inflammatory slogan when rath yatra reached babri masjid. Enraged kar sevak started demolition. Narasimha Rao refused to send police or army action till 5PM when masjid was fully demolished because his congress workers would get exposed.

In godhra when the dead sevak procession to Samadhi passed the muslim area the riots was triggered  again by congress workers dressed as sang pariwar workers shouting inflammatory slogans.  Rest is history.

Since UP election and prominently after Dec 16, 2012 Anti Rahul Gandhi faction among women journalist switched loyalties from congress and gave unprecedented media coverage to Narendra Modi. Narendra Modi made most of it and today he is the tallest political figure in the country.

Today Barkha is adventuring in Loksabha election 2014 with larger ambition of seeking power and artificial control of parliament by fielding her lieutenants to have a sizable numbers and a voice in parliament. Wearing a mask and Arvind in the front she is the mastermind of AAP’s poll strategy and their funding. Media is increasingly growing anti AAP and have realised the real face behind AAP their ambition.  Press conference on paid news was to instil fear among the media fraternity as like rape so they don’t criticize AAP in media, but it boomeranged on AAP.  Media turned anti AAP.

Anti Barkha faction is also gaining momentum within NDTV and outside. Time will tell what hold on May 16.  Barkha in do or die situation. Now all are disappointed, by her recent turn of event dividing people, families, society on GENDER.
